T1 have selected the best online web applications to help you improve your service, team collaboration and communication systems and to help you easily add new content to your website. There are no further costs to use these programs, although in some cases there may be paid versions you can upgrade to if you have advanced requirements.
The following programs can be setup as you need them including full training in the use of them free of charge. For a fully functional online business we recommend the use of all of these packages, your marketing mentor and consultant will explain how they can benefit your business. Just book in a time for T1 to setup and train you in the use of the programs as you are ready for them or if your team are too busy to use these applications or you need some new content for your site, T1 are always available to contract in on any area needed.
- You no longer need a server, with online storage of files, plus you no more expensive MS Office licenses instead use Google online spreadsheets and word processing, store all your documents and files online, including shareable calendars, documents, spreadsheets, even file storage, easily accessible online from any location, you control who has access to docs and files.
- You can even choose to use gmail to manage your emails (@yourdomainname, not gmail so receivers have no idea your chosen email program is gmail), your website is still securely hosted in the T1 Data centers, but you have the full power of the standard version of Google apps for all members of your company.
- You can upgrade to the premier edition of Google apps giving you more storage and some advanced features for $50USD per user, however for most small businesses the standard version is all you will need, upgrades can be carried out at anytime and T1 will assist you with this at no charge.
- Additional Website Templates - Ideal for team planning, blog style intranets, useful links sites, club sites or portfolios, these don't have the full features of the T1cms but are very useful for specific purposes to complement your full T1cms site. Get 2 site templates with the addition of your logo to the sites.
- These additional sites are based on the versatile and easy to use system integrated into your Google Apps platform, allowing rapid creation of user editable sites ideal for special purpose sites.
