• Google Apps setup - Setup of Google applications for your company and each team member, You no longer need a server, with online storage of files, plus you no more expensive MS Office licenses instead use Google online spreadsheets and word processing, store all your documents and files online, including shareable calendars, documents, spreadsheets, even file storage, easily accessible online from any location, you control who has access to docs and files. 
• You can even choose to use gmail to manage your emails (@yourdomainname, not gmail so receivers have no idea your chosen email program is gmail), your website is still securely hosted in the T1 Data centers, but you have the full power of the standard version of Google apps for all members of your company.  
• You can upgrade to the premier edition of Google apps giving you more storage and some advanced features for $50USD per user, however for most small businesses the standard version is all you will need, upgrades can be carried out at anytime and T1 will assist you with this at no charge.

Setup, training and unlimited ongoing support

T1 have selected the best online web applications to help you improve your service, team collaboration and communication systems and to help you easily add new content to your website. There are no further costs to use these programs, although in some cases there may be paid versions you can upgrade to if you have advanced requirements.

The following programs can be setup as you need them including full training in the use of them free of charge.  For a fully functional online business we recommend the use of all of these packages, your marketing mentor and consultant will explain how they can benefit your business. Just book in a time for T1 to setup and train you in the use of the programs as you are ready for them or if

your team are too busy to use these applications or you need some new content for your site, T1 are always available to contract in on any area needed. 

• T1 Intranet - Creates an online location for uploading articles, software and information for team and clients, easy way to provide resources to logged in members or clients, or provide documents for your team to read. 
• Starter - Publish the documents page to your website where the public can access documents for download, One in-house user
• Business - Up to Five team members get accounts to utilise this program and up to five clients can have logins, allowing them to also upload documents
• Professional - Up to ten team members get accounts, plus up to 20 clients
• Google Paid advertising (PPC) - Account setup and initial training in how to use Google ads is provided free, This is one of the most effective forms of online advertising, pay to attract visitors to your website with adverts which appear to the right hand side of the search results pages on Google or on other sites also featuring google advertising
